Hi, I’m Marlene

I help leaders across APAC deliver, adopt and realise value from strategic change.

With 20+ years in digital transformation, I specialise in global transformation programmes that improve and standardise core business processes through enterprise platforms.

My focus is the people side of change. While delivery is important, real impact comes when leadership drives timely decisions, aligns stakeholders, sustains momentum, and enables adoption of new ways of working.

Certified by the International Coaching Federation and APMG, I combine structured change expertise with coaching to support leaders and sponsors directly, helping them navigate resistance, cut through complexity, and lead change with clarity and influence to deliver real impact.

Through experience, I have seen how conflicting agendas, organisational politics, and unclear leadership can negatively impact both the people experiencing change and those delivering it. However, when Change Management and Coaching are integrated into delivery, transformation can become a win-win for both organisations and people.


That is why I created Change Impact: to support the people side of transformation through flexible coaching and consulting engagements, helping leaders lead change and enabling organisations to adopt change in an ever-changing environment, creating sustainable change for both people and business.

MY approach

I combine practical change management with coaching-led leadership support, helping leaders clarify direction, strengthen ownership, navigate complexity, and lead change with confidence.

Coaching is applied throughout the full change journey, from building awareness and alignment at initiation, through adoption and reinforcement, to embedding continuous improvement and lasting behavioural change.

This is complemented by hands-on delivery support and interim leadership when needed to enable adoption, value realisation, and sustainable impact.

Change Coaching

Supporting executives, sponsors, and change leaders to lead transformation with clarity and sponsorship across the full lifecycle.

 

With one-on-one coaching, I support leaders through the change journey from early change initiation and alignment through to adoption  and continuous improvement. 

 

The coaching is tailored to support your organisation's transformation, with offset in your role and responsibilities. Topics can include navigating resistance and change fatigue, strengthening stakeholder influence, or how to coach your team or peers. 

Change Management

Leading and supporting organisational change that strengthens engagement, business readiness, and sustainable adoption.

As your fractional Change Manager, I work end-to-end in close partnership with your change delivery team, owners and sponsors, internal stakeholders, and vendors to enable lasting impact. 

 

My services include developing the change vision, roadmap, defining change strategy and plans, shaping communications and stakeholder engagement,  impact assessments, adoption planning, and continuous improvement practices.

Transformation and Change Advisory

Providing strategic guidance to strengthen the foundations for successful transformation, or helping to get a challenged programme back on track.

 

With offset in your new or  ongoing  Transformation programme, I fill in the gaps where your capacity is limited and specific change services are required to move your transformation forward.

This includes establishing practical change frameworks and delivery model, business case, vision and roadmap, governance, and success measures that enable sustainable adoption, and long-term business impact.

Change Health Check Assessment

Assessing the current state of your change to pinpoint strengths, gaps, and opportunities to improve adoption and outcomes.

 

Prior to any engagement, Change Impact offers an initial objective Change Health Check assessment to analyse where your ongoing transformation is already strong, and where support is needed.

 

In a close partnership, we thereafter agree where to focus to gain the most value.

 

The engagement can include a mix of Change Manangement services and one-on-one coaching or team coaching.
